With a decade of FMCG recruitment experience, Dan has built a strong industry network and established trusted relationships with top talent across multiple business functions.
Dan brings high energy and a personable approach, valuing face-to-face meetings to build genuine rapport. He particularly enjoys getting out on factory visits — there’s nothing quite like seeing operations in action, aside from helping great candidates land excellent roles. An advocate for Continuous Improvement, Dan holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt qualification.

Dominic Cooke
Director and Consultant
Studying Marine Biology at University, Dom brings a practical scientific approach to recruitment, utilising data as much as possible. However he loves the fact that it is a people focused industry first and foremost and has enjoyed recruiting within the FMCG sector for almost two decades, working across all major functions within the industry.
With a proven track record of delivering outstanding candidates to companies with 30 employees up to 18,000 — Dom has developed a deep understanding of the sector and what it takes for both businesses and individuals to succeed.
